These terms cover your use of meditativeleaf.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

Orders and payment

All orders are processed through Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy — we're not obligated to accept it (for example, if an item sells out between when you loaded the page and when you checked out, or if there's a pricing error). If we can't fulfill an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full and let you know.

Prices are listed in USD and don't include applicable sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We try to keep prices and stock counts accurate, but mistakes happen — if something's mispriced or misdescribed, we'll contact you before processing the order rather than silently honoring an error.

About our tea descriptions

Descriptions like "energizing," "calming," or references to qi describe the tasting experience and the cultural tradition behind the tea — they're not medical claims, and this tea isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a health condition or are pregnant or nursing, check with a doctor before adding a new tea to your routine.

Intellectual property

The site's text, photography, artwork, and logo belong to Meditative Leaf (or are used with permission) and can't be copied, reused, or redistributed without asking us first.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, attempt to access parts of it you're not authorized to see, or interfere with how it runs.

No warranties, limited liability

We work hard to describe our tea accurately and ship it carefully, but the site and its contents are otherwise provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Meditative Leaf isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or its products — our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally; the date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
